REFUND POLICY
- Service-Based Business
Our work involves renovation, carpentry, and interior design services. As such, refunds are not provided for completed works, materials purchased, or custom-made items.
- Booking Fee
All booking fees are non-refundable as they are used to initiate planning, site visits, and material preparation.
- Overpayment or Duplicate Payment
If a payment is accidentally duplicated or overpaid, a 100% refund will be issued within 7–14 working days after verification.
- Cancellation Before Work Begins
If cancellation occurs before any material procurement or manpower assignment, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Warranty
Renovation works follow the warranty terms stated in the signed agreement (typically covering defects in workmanship, not wear and tear).
